Due to its dimensions (weaving width 40 cm) and space for weaving (the distance between the front and rear roller 73 cm is the same as with other Ashford table looms) this loom is intended both for weavers who already weave on a rigid heddle loom, so for beginner weavers who want to penetrate the secrets of multi-shaft weaving.

The fact that the loom is not foldable or designed to be placed on a stand is balanced by the extreme simplicity of its construction while fully maintaining the utility value, which leads to a very favorable price for this loom.

The construction of the loom allows the use of longer reeds from other Ashford looms. It is supplied without surface treatment. It is an ideal loom for holding weaving courses.

The basic set includes a steel reed 10 dpi, 2 knitting needles 46 cm, threading hook, cross and warp sticks, 320 texsolv heddles and an illustrative detailed manual for assembly and weaving. The package does not include a tool for threading the warp (a warping peg or a weaving frame or a warping mill). For surface treatment, we recommend purchasing Ashford wax polish.
